You can make gravy literally anytime before your dinner and simply place it in a tight-sealed container, place in the freezer and defrost on turkey day. Incorporate the turkey drippings into your gravy for a real authentic turkey gravy taste the day of the feast!

Your first option is to make the batter a day before the actual dinner. Another option is to completely cook and freeze them all. After defrosting, give your puddings some love in the oven for about 5-10 minutes. Serve with gravy – highly recommend!

Just like gravy, cranberry sauce can be done anytime before your feast. After heating your sauce, let it cool down then pour it into a tight-sealed container. Before serving for dinner, taste it the sauce to see if anything needs to be added such as sugar, orange zest, nutmeg, etc.

Most pies can be made and baked a couple days in advance to dinner time. You do not have to freeze them, just keep it covered with saran wrap in the fridge. By the time dessert comes along, open up that fresh pale of vanilla ice cream, top it with whipped cream and serve to your guests!
